On-Demand - Port Melbourne

 

On-Demand is the largest digital printing company in Australia, they have large premises located in Port Melbourne, my involvement with On-Demand goes back seven years ago when I was approached to quote for an electrical and data network to suit their relocation into these premises.

This was an exciting project as the building was pretty much an empty shell. The project had a tight time frame with only six weeks from start to completion. The scope of works involved the supply and installation of six new sub-boards and new Main switchboard, over three hundred gigabit network points and a complete new basket tray reticulation system, which was suspended from the six meter high ceiling.

Although this project could be looked at as a commercial project it consisted of a lot of conduit and three phase IP rated outlets which is more so common within the industrial sector.
